    2026 AP Exam Information         

AP exams begin in less than two months! Ahead of the start of exams, here is some important information:

  1. Exam cancellations will be accepted until a week before exams begin; you must cancel by April 27th to receive a partial refund of $65 (the canceled exam fee is $40.00 per exam).
    • Cancellation forms are currently available in the Counseling Office—reimbursements will be mailed via our administration office after all exams are completed
  2. Please know that any illnesses on the day of an exam will require a doctor’s note to be able to request the late exam.
  3. It is VERY important to ensure you remember your College Board login for BlueBook (autofill will NOT be available on testing day) and practice logging in to make sure your Bluebook is working—PLEASE contact me if any error message appears.
  4. On testing day, also be sure to remember your charged Chromebook and charger, a pen and pencil, and any additional exam-specific materials (calculators, rulers, etc).
  5. It would also be helpful to do some “maintenance” on your Chromebook by updating and deleting cache/cookies to help prevent any digital testing issues. Here are instructions below:

How to Update Your Chromebook

  1. Turn on your Chromebook.
  1. Connect your Chromebook to Wi-Fi.
  1. At the bottom right, select the time Settings .
  1. At the bottom left of the Settings pop-up window, select About ChromeOS.
  1. Under "Google ChromeOS," find which version of the Chrome operating system your Chromebook uses.
  1. Select Check for updates.
  1. If your Chromebook finds a software update, it will start to download automatically.  (You can continue working while the update is downloading.)
  1. When your Chromebook finishes downloading a software update, find the "Update available" notification in the bottom right.
  1. Select Restart to Update.
  1. Your Chromebook will restart and update.

How to Delete Cache and Cookies on Your Chromebook

  1. Open up a Google Chrome browser
  1. Click on the vertical ellipses (3 dots) in the upper right hand corner
  1. Click on Delete browsing data...
  1. Make sure the boxes next to Cookies and other site data AND Cached images and files are checked and All time is selected from the Time range dropdown menu
  1. Click Delete data
    1. Depending on when the last time that was done, it may take a few minutes
