About Your Athletic Trainer

Ms. Abbie Predmore received her Bachelor of Science in Sports Nutrition from Mansfield University of PA where she was a four-year member of the NCAA DII Field Hockey Team. She than received her Master of Science in Athletic Training from Thomas Jefferson University. She began her career as an Athletic Trainer in 2022 for Elite PT out of the state of Delaware to then moved back home to Pennsylvania working at Avon Grove High School through outreach with Elite PT during the 2022-2023 school year. Abbie then became the Head Athletic Trainer here at Council Rock South beginning August 2023. Outside of her job here at CRS, Ms. Predmore enjoys spending time with friends & family, spending a lot of time down the shore out in the sun, and she is a huge Philadelphia Sports fan which she expressed can be a struggle (Go Birds!). An alumnus of the Pennsbury School District, Abbie expresses great gratitude for having the opportunity and ability to combine her passions of health care and athletics to help keep our Council Rock student-athletes healthy, cheering them on from the sidelines.
