SPRING 2026 ATHLETIC PAPERWORK
ATS Paperwork & CCET Concussion Testing is due Friday Feb 20, 2026 in order to guarantee it is processed before tryouts.
Check your CRSD Student email for directions on how to complete all necessary paperwork. An email was sent on January 12th.
All students planning on tryout out for a SPRING sport must have all paperwork completed before tryouts. Failing to submit your paperwork in a timely manner may delay your tryout process.
2025-2026 Physicals & Athletic Paperwork
Physicals for the 2025-26 school year may not be completed any earlier than May 1st, 2025. This physical is good for the entire 2025-26 school year, and only requires physician re-certification if the student sustains an injury or illness since the original physical was performed.
