• Choir Emergency Medical Form - please print out and return filled out by September 19th 
• Choir Commitment Sheet - please print out and return filled out by September 19th.
• Push Notification Letter - please read this letter about our new app, Remind.
• Social Media Agreement - All students and parents must read, sign, and hand in
• For Band and Orchestra Students - if you are not taking choir for a class but want to participate.
