Transcript Requests Past Students

Transcript Requests If you are a graduate of Council Rock South and are in need of a trancript please submit a completed Authorization for Release of Information to Ms. Irene Pontarelli at Irene.Pontarelli@crsd.org.  Be sure to include your name and contact information, year of graduation, maiden name or the name that is on your diploma, name and email address of the person/organization to whom your transcript should be mailed or emailed.  An official transcript needs to go directly from Council Rock to your school or employer.  There is a $2.00 fee for past transcripts.
