Career Search
The links below can be used to explore the world of work. If you have no idea what you would like to do for a career you should start your search with an interest inventory test to determine your areas of interest and academic strengths. Once this is determined a list of careers that match your personality, interests, strengths, and weaknesses is compiled. You should then gather information about the careers that sound interesting. After you explore the careers that interest you, gather information about what level of education you need to work in your desired field and which schools offer the academic major that will train you for employment. Good luck and have fun! In 10th grade, counselors meet with their students to introduce them to Naviance, our college and career search program, and complete two career interest inventories. In addition, Naviance has other career tools that the students can use. The resources listed below can be used to gain valuable information.
